  • IMA is a saké that has been specifically brewed to pair with premium oysters. Similar to white wines, this

    Junmai’s sweet and sour taste pairs ideally with the flavour of oysters. Unlike its western counterpart,

    however, the umami further enhances the oyster flavour while the malic acid from the specially produced

    saké yeast serves to lighten the palate and enables one to reap the health benefits of nutrient-rich oysters. A

    completely new concept saké, IMA is the perfect alternative to Chablis or Sancerre wines.

    Umenoyado was the first sake brewery to develop sake-based fruit liqueurs. The Yuzu is Japanese citrus fruit. That has a great balance of sweet and sour. This Yuzu Sake is made from a base of are Original Junmai Sake. The domestically Yuzu grown is then blended.
