Are reservations Compulsory?

 

Walk-ins are always welcome; however, booking is highly recommended, especially for large bookings on weekends.

 

Can the set menu be shared?

 

We kindly ask that each guest orders their own set menu, as sharing is not permitted.

 

Do you have gluten-free options?

 

Yes, we have gluten-free options available.

Do you offer halal options?

 

Yes, we do offer halal options. Both our steak and lamb are halal-certified.

 

Do kids have to order a Set menu?

 

Children under 3 years old are not required to order a set menu. For children aged 3-12, we offer a kids' menu.

 

How does Teppanyaki work?

 

Teppanyaki is a dining experience where our chefs prepare delicious dishes right in front of you. They also entertain with fun, interactive tricks and games. Simply choose your favorite set menu and enjoy our exceptional service.

If I don’t eat a certain dish, can I swap it out for Something else?

 

Yes, of course! You can swap any dish within our menu. However, there may be an additional charge if you select a higher-priced dish. Just let our friendly staff know.

 

How many people can you accommodate?

 

Our main dining area can accommodate up to 70 people at once. For larger events, please contact us in advance.
Our teppanyaki tables seat up to 18 people each, but we can add additional tables to accommodate larger groups if needed. We also have a private room that can host up to 22 people. Read our info for group bookings here.

 

Do all my guests have to order the same set menu?

 

No, not at all! Each guest is welcome to choose a different set menu.

 

Can solo diners enjoy Ginza Teppanyaki?

 

Of course! We warmly welcome solo diners to enjoy the full Teppanyaki experience with us.
