Deposits.

 

To secure your reservation, the restaurant will confirm your initial enquiry and give you a call to request credit details to pay the deposit. We require a deposit of $100 for a group booking of 5-20 guests or $200 for group bookings with 20 guests or more. The full amount of the deposit will be deducted directly from the final bill.

 

Alterations to bookings.

 

The final number of guests must be confirmed within 24 hours from the confirmed time and date of your function. In the event that guest numbers reduce from date of confirmation, you will be charged for the confirmed number of set menus and beverage packages.

 

Cancellations.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a charge of the full amount of your deposit.

Surcharge.

 

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Please be advised card payment fees apply on all transactions: Savings/Cheque – 0% Visa, MasterCard Pay Pass/Wave – 1.75%, Amex, JCB - 1.76% and UnionPay - 2.20%.

 

Split Bills.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to split bills.

 

Arrival & Seating time.

 

Kindly emphasise to your guests the importance of arriving at Ginza Teppanyaki slightly before of your booking time. Due to the scheduled seating times, your group will not be seated at the Teppanyaki table unless everyone in your group has arrived. Drinks are available in the waiting area. If your entire group fails to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, your group may be required to wait to accommodate other guest bookings.

Upon finishing your meal, a table in the after-dining area will be prepared for your group to continue enjoying your beverages and desserts.

We have put these booking guidelines in place to ensure our guests are able to enjoy the full Teppanyaki experience (which is approx. 1 hour in duration). Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Food & Games.

 

Customers are encouraged to wear casual clothing to participate in the food games. Patrons who participate in food games are doing so at their own risk. If you do not wish to participate in the games, please advise our staff.

 

BYO

 

We do not offer BYO. We are fully licensed and offer an extensive wine and beverage list.
